Dr Rafał Bernat Doctor of laws, tax adviser and attorney-at-law at TAAC Solutions

Licenced tax adviser specialized in direct taxes, M&A transactions  and taxation of corporate actions. He is a Doctor of Laws, speciality in tax law. Rafal Bernat is also an attorney at law, representing clients before administrative and common courts in all instances.

He’s a graduate of Faculty of Law and Administration of Marii Sklodowska – Curie University, Faculty of Law of University of West Bohemia in Czech Republic, Faculty of Law and Administration of Nicolaus  Copernicus University in Toruń.

He is an author of several dozen scientific publications in reputable tax and legal journals; lecturer at numerous conferences relating to taxation issues.
