Anna Zięba Tax advisor, advocate (NY)

Anna Zięba has a law degree from Jagiellonian University and a LL.M. from UC Berkeley Law. She is a licensed tax advisor in Poland and a member of the New York State Bar.

Anna has a number of years of experience in providing tax advisory services. Before joining TAAC Solutions, she worked for leading law firms and tax advisory companies in Poland.

She specializes in tax issues related to M&A, investements’ financing and re-financing, reorganizations, international tax issues, including withholding tax, CFC rules. She also advises individuals in on-going tax issues related to their businesses, including tax aspects of family firms’ succession, property division, taxation of foreign source income. She is salso experienced in advising on social security contributions.

Anna is an author of numerous publications in daily press on tax issues: „Dziennik Gazeta Prawna”, „Rzeczpospolita”. She is also a contributing author to LexisNexis® Guide to FATCA and CRS Compliance 2018 (chapter 76: Exchange of Tax Information and the Impact of FATCA/CRS for Poland).
