HR and payroll specialist

Tasks:

  • preparing personal documentation in terms of employment, workflow and termination of employment
  • preparing of commission contracts and contract work agreements
  • registering and calculating of working time
  • preparing payrolls and verifying the correctness of calculations
  • preparing and verifying HR schemes and HR and payroll statistics
  • preparing declarations and corrections in Płatnik system
  • preparing tax declarations for tax authorities
  • preparing declarations for PFRON
  • cooperating with ZUS, PIP, US and GUS

Our expectations:

  • practical knowledge of payrolls with minimum of 2 years of experience
  • deep knowledge of employment law, and ZUS and PDOF regulations
  • very good organizational skills
  • fluent English and/or German
  • good knowledge of Ms Office and R2płatnik application
  • good relations with clients and team
  • accuracy, reliability and involvement
